Case Study: Emerson St. House

The drawings first called for selective demolition and called for retaining most of the electrical and sheet rock. With consultation with the contractor, the decision was made to demolish the remainder because of the inefficiencies and cost of working around what was to remain and the patching that would have caused.

The renovated house besides having the updated kitchen consisting of a “L” and island configuration and new windows, has overhangs, new siding, new courtyard and custom metal fence, new office and bathroom addition, completely renovated bathrooms and balconies.
